The GHN Board of Directors is composed of 14 members. The term of office for each member is three years. Membership and elections are governed by the GHN Bylaws.

The GHN Board of Directors typically meets twice a quarter. The Board of Directors also reviews recommendations from the GHN Quality Committee and Medical Director, Arlynn Hartfiel, MD.
