Contracted Plans

Guadalupe Healthcare Network contracts with various commercial managed care plans and selected Medicaid and workers’ compensation plans. GHN’s goal is to ensure that all its providers and facilities are “in network” choices for businesses and individuals in its service area.

GHN continually evaluates its managed care relationships and facilitates discussions with prospective payer groups on an ongoing basis. To request that GHN consider adding a specific health plan or preferred provider organization, email Contracting.

GHN is not a health insurance agency and does not sell health insurance. However, GHN communicates regularly with various local health insurance agents to stay updated on the plans that are available to businesses and individuals.
